Top 20 Fantasy WR's going into 2012

Top-20 WR's

  1. Calvin Johnson
  2. Larry Fitzgerald
  3. Andre Johnson
  4. Julio Jones
  5. Greg Jennings
  6. A.J. Green
  7. Roddy White
  8. Hakeem Nicks
  9. Brandon Marshall
  10. Victor Cruz
  11. Wes Welker
  12. Brandon Lloyd
  13. Jordy Nelson
  14. Percy Harvin
  15. Eric Decker
  16. Steve Smith
  17. Mike Wallace
  18. Demaryius Thomas
  19. Marques Colston
  20. Dez Bryant

Here's why:
Calvin Johnson is the most dangerous receiver Fantasy Football has ever seen. I think drafting him with the first pick overall would be genius.
I'm probably a little biased when it comes to Larry Fitzgerald because he is my favorite player. But he does everything right, and he's just so damn likable. Hopefully John Skelton doesn't suck as bad as we all know he will.
Andre Johnson was the first genetically modified prototype created by the Fantasy Gods, before they created Megatron. However, they forgot to make him injury-proof. But he's still a very sophisticated and capable robot.
Julio Jones will explode on to the limited scene of elite receivers this year, and he will burn anyone who tries to stop him.
Greg Jennings will remain Aaron Rodgers' favorite redzone target which basically guarantees him a top-ten ranking.
A.J. Green is as good as Julio Jones. Except, that he'll have to face double-team coverage most of the time, because the Bengals don't have a respectable #2 across from him.
Roddy White will lose some of his production to the 2nd-year stud, Julio. But his numbers have been so good over the last three seasons, that it won't hurt all that much.
Hakeem Nicks may not be able to read, write, or play in all 16 games, but he can catch a bubble-screen and turn it in to a 50-yard TD better than anyone. And with teammate, Victor Cruz stealing safety's attentions away form Nicks, he should have a great season.
Brandon Marshall is back with Jay Cutler, which means he'll have 100+ catches, over 1,000 yards receiving, and something-teen TD's..... God, I hate Da Bears.
Victor Cruz will get the opportunity to catch a deep-ball every quarter this season. So scratch him in for 80yds + a score all year.
Wes Welker didn't make the top-ten on my list. Get over it. The tight-ends won't see any less action, and Brandon Lloyd is going to steal a lot of Brady's looks from him.
Brandon Lloyd- See above.
Jordy Nelson, Percy Harvin, Eric Decker and Steve Smith are all: Fast, Sure-handed security blankets for their respected quarterbacks, who can make things happen in the open field. All four are destined for a very good year.
Mike Wallace- See Victor Cruz.
Demaryius Thomas is a younger version of Brandon Marshall, and going into the same situation as Marshall did with the Broncos in 2007. He has a ton of upside, and the ability to turn busted plays into huge gains. I feel bad ranking him at 18, because I think he could finish so much higher. But he's young, and has a new QB. Either way, I think by next year he should be top-ten material.
Every year people think Marques Colston is going to have a better year than the last. It has proven to be untrue, with Drew Brees sharing the ball as much as he does. But this year, the departure of Robert Meachem does help a bit. Don't expect anything crazy, but he should have a respectable season.
Dez Bryant has the ability to be elite. It's just too bad the elements around him hinder that from happening. He should still have some multi-touchdown games. Good luck guessing which ones.

Top 25 Fantasy RB's going into 2012

Top-25 RB's
  1. Arian Foster
  2. Lesean McCoy / Ray Rice
  3. Marshawn Lynch
  4. Adrian Peterson
  5. Matt Forte
  6. Jamaal Charles
  7. Darren McFadden
  8. Chris Johnson
  9. Maurice Jones-Drew
  10. Fred Jackson
  11. Darren Sproles
  12. Demarco Murray
  13. Trent Richardson
  14. Steven Jackson
  15. Ryan Matthews
  16. Doug Martin
  17. Frank Gore
  18. Michael Turner
  19. Ahmad Bradshaw
  20. Donald Brown
  21. Benjarvus Green-Ellis
  22. Reggie Bush
  23. Willis McGahee
  24. Beanie Wells

Here's why:
Arian Foster is basically the 2006 version of Ladanian Tomlinson.
Ray Rice or Lesean McCoy?....... Flip a coin. They're both guaranteed studs.
Marshawn Lynch is going to go BEAST-MODE for an entire season. He got paid, and he's going to show us why. He will have more rushing TD's than any other running back.
Adrian Peterson may have a slow start. But, come on, He is still the most talented running back since Barry Sanders.
Matt Forte will rank 5th or 6th among Fantasy RB's by year's end. It's that simple. The Bears addition of Michael Bush doesn't hurt his value. It helps.
Jamaal Charles is back! The only thing that can hinder JC's numbers this year is how many times the Chiefs wind up giving the ball to Peyton Hillis inside the 10, (Or another season-ending injury). Either way, he should lead the league in long TD runs.
An SI writer said it best: "If Darren McFadden stays healthy, you win your league." But I'd give that about a 10% chance. He'll come out of the gates like Seabiscuit, but he'll suffer a leg injury, and like a horse, you'll have to put him down.
Chris Johnson- First round bust? Second round steal? To me, it's not worth finding out.
MJD is a total crap-shoot. Will he even play?..... Motivated?...... 9 seems like an appropriate spot for him.
Fred Jackson is solid.
Darren Sproles is a PPR freakshow.
Demarco Murray- See Fred Jackson.
Trent Richardson will get the ball enough. But will the Browns just suck too much for that to matter?
Steven Jackson has lost a step or two, but I think he'll give Fantasy owners one last good year.
Ryan Matthews is apparently going to be 75% of Norv Turner's shitty offense. So, he'll probably be banged up all year.
Doug Martin will imitate Ray Rice's rookie year.
Frank Gore is the man. However, he's getting up there in RB age, and the Niners are stacked with capable backups that will be biting at his ankles all year.
Michael Turner is still around, I guess. And the Falcons offense is getting better, no thanks to Burner. But if you're looking for a guy who can average 2 yds / carry, and accidently fall his fat ass into the endzone once every-other game, then Turner's your guy.
Ahmad Bradshaw is Ok, I guess.... sort of.
Donald Brown in the top 20?... Yep. He showed signs of greatness at the end of last year after Joe Addai died. He has the chance to be a quality starter. And the Colts won't be as bad as everyone thinks. Hopefully coach, Pagano doesn't throw rookie, Vick Ballard into the mix too soon.
Benjarvus Green-Ellis found his perfect match in Cincinnati. He's not flashy. But 1200 yards w/ double-digit TD's by the end of the year is good, right?
Reggie Bush could be a Homerun. Except that Joe Mauer is batting..... "So you're telling me there's a chance?!"
Willis McGahee could have another good year. But if you draft him, you'll end up watching him. And he's really Fucking boring to watch.
Beanie Wells occasionally looks like the All-nation Ohio St. running back he's supposed to be, but he's a stubbed toe away from losing his role to one of the Cardinals young and hungry backs.

Top Ten Fantasy QB's going into 2012

Top-Ten QB's

  1. Tom Brady
  2. Drew Brees
  3. Aaron Rodgers
  4. Matthew Stafford
  5. Cam Newton
  6. Matt Ryan
  7. Eli Manning
  8. Peyton Manning
  9. Michael Vick
  10. Jay Cutler
Here's why:
Tom Brady has more targets than an Israeli missile-launcher. The addition of 2010's reception-yards leader, Brandon Lloyd, and the pass-happy Josh McDaniels returning as coordinator, along with Gronk, Hernandez and Welker, will slightly resemble the Patriot's 2007 campaign led by Brady and Moss..... 50 TD's!
Brees and Rodgers will do what they always do, with Stafford mimicking them closely.
Cam = Fantasy Stud
Matt Ryan is higher on my list than others I've seen. That's because I see a lot Kurt Warner in him. And with a receiving dual, (that I think outperforms the Giant's), we're going to see a great turf-show.
Eli is good. He's not great, unless you play Fantasy during the playoffs. But he is consistent, and will pass for 250 and 2 scores every week.
Peyton will be Peyton-esque.
Vick will play like Cam for a few games until one of his ribs impale a lung.
Jay Cutler will surprise most. It's hard for me to imagine a 2012 Bears game that doesn't consist of a Brandon Marshall TD, and Matt Forte scoring on a Mike Martz designed screen-pass.

If you're wondering where Tony Romo is on this list, he's out golfing. He's just not very good at football.
