  20. Donald Brown
  21. Benjarvus Green-Ellis
  22. Reggie Bush
  23. Willis McGahee
  24. Beanie Wells

Here's why:
Arian Foster is basically the 2006 version of Ladanian Tomlinson.
Ray Rice or Lesean McCoy?....... Flip a coin. They're both guaranteed studs.
Marshawn Lynch is going to go BEAST-MODE for an entire season. He got paid, and he's going to show us why. He will have more rushing TD's than any other running back.
Adrian Peterson may have a slow start. But, come on, He is still the most talented running back since Barry Sanders.
Matt Forte will rank 5th or 6th among Fantasy RB's by year's end. It's that simple. The Bears addition of Michael Bush doesn't hurt his value. It helps.
Jamaal Charles is back! The only thing that can hinder JC's numbers this year is how many times the Chiefs wind up giving the ball to Peyton Hillis inside the 10, (Or another season-ending injury). Either way, he should lead the league in long TD runs.
An SI writer said it best: "If Darren McFadden stays healthy, you win your league." But I'd give that about a 10% chance. He'll come out of the gates like Seabiscuit, but he'll suffer a leg injury, and like a horse, you'll have to put him down.
Chris Johnson- First round bust? Second round steal? To me, it's not worth finding out.
MJD is a total crap-shoot. Will he even play?..... Motivated?...... 9 seems like an appropriate spot for him.
Fred Jackson is solid.
Darren Sproles is a PPR freakshow.
Demarco Murray- See Fred Jackson.
Trent Richardson will get the ball enough. But will the Browns just suck too much for that to matter?
Steven Jackson has lost a step or two, but I think he'll give Fantasy owners one last good year.
Ryan Matthews is apparently going to be 75% of Norv Turner's shitty offense. So, he'll probably be banged up all year.
Doug Martin will imitate Ray Rice's rookie year.
Frank Gore is the man. However, he's getting up there in RB age, and the Niners are stacked with capable backups that will be biting at his ankles all year.
Michael Turner is still around, I guess. And the Falcons offense is getting better, no thanks to Burner. But if you're looking for a guy who can average 2 yds / carry, and accidently fall his fat ass into the endzone once every-other game, then Turner's your guy.
Ahmad Bradshaw is Ok, I guess.... sort of.
Donald Brown in the top 20?... Yep. He showed signs of greatness at the end of last year after Joe Addai died. He has the chance to be a quality starter. And the Colts won't be as bad as everyone thinks. Hopefully coach, Pagano doesn't throw rookie, Vick Ballard into the mix too soon.
Benjarvus Green-Ellis found his perfect match in Cincinnati. He's not flashy. But 1200 yards w/ double-digit TD's by the end of the year is good, right?
Reggie Bush could be a Homerun. Except that Joe Mauer is batting..... "So you're telling me there's a chance?!"
Willis McGahee could have another good year. But if you draft him, you'll end up watching him. And he's really Fucking boring to watch.
Beanie Wells occasionally looks like the All-nation Ohio St. running back he's supposed to be, but he's a stubbed toe away from losing his role to one of the Cardinals young and hungry backs.
